Preparation and Usage

For best results, we recommend grilling this product.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan Fry Chilled: 5-6 mins. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon and cook over a medium heat, turning occasionally.

GriLL

Instructions: Grill Chilled: 4-6 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium grill, turning occasionally.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by 'use by' date shown.
