Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 1 Hour 30 minutesCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS Oven cook from chilled only. Remove film Lid. Oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 1hr 30mins. Pre-heat Oven. Leave Turkey in the foil container and cover with kitchen foil. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove occasionally from the oven and baste the turkey with the juices at the bottom of the tray. Remove kitchen foil for last 15 minutes of cooking. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the turkey breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and re-test. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 14 - 16 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
