Preparation and Usage

This creamy, silken tofu block is packaged to keep fresh until you're ready to enjoy it. Open as follows:1 Unfold the four corners of the carton and cut off the top with scissors along the cutting lines.2 Place the carton on a big plate, holding the bottom corners and push the tofu out carefully.3 If required, wrap the tofu in kitchen paper to remove any excess water.
