Shallow Fry

Instructions: 1. Heat a pan of oil.2. Carefully lower one poppadom into the hot oil, ensuring it is fully submerged, and gently press it down with a flat spoon.3. Fry the poppadom for 3-4 seconds, or until it puffs up and becomes crispy.4. Carefully remove the poppadom from the oil and place it on absorbent paper to drain any excess oil.5. Serve the fried poppadoms, now crispy and delicious.
