Oven

Instructions: Remove sleeve and film lid. Place glaze sachet to one side. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 45 mins Remove pot from foil. Open and spoon redcurrants evenly over the salmon then place foil tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes. Wash hands and surfaces after handling the pot. Remove from oven and add glaze, pouring evenly over the plait. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove tray from oven and using a large fish slice or spatula, remove salmon plait from tray. Place on serving dish and drizzle over any remaining sauce and cooking juices. Do not reheat once cooled.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Not suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
