Preparation and Usage

Using Herstat:Apply herstat directly to the lesions / affected area every 2 hours / 5 times a day.Indications: Herstat is recommended for the rapid relief of the symptoms of cold sores.Directions: Apply herstat directly to the lesions / affected area every 2 hours / 5 times a day.

WARNINGS:- Propolis may cause skin irritation.- Test before use.- Discontinue if rash appears.- Avoid contact with the eyes.- Keep out of reach and sight of children.- For external use only.Herstat is a topical ointment containing petrolatum with natural propolis and other minor ingredients, manufactured to current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, and extensively tested for safety and effectiveness. It can be used as needed, anytime and as often as necessary. For best results, it should be applied every 2 hours, up to 5 times a day. Herstat is for external use only, and should not be used in or around the eyes.Herstat contains propolis, that may cause skin irritation. For this reason, it should be tested the first time it is used by applying a small quantity on the skin of the arm, on the inside of the elbow, and checking for any reaction. If a skin reaction occurs - such as redness, itching and/or a rash - do not use the product.Also, an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) to one of the ingredients may rarely develop with use. If this happens, a skin irritation or rash may occur, and you should stop using the product. If problems persist for some time after stopping applying Herstat, consult your doctor or your health professional.
