When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 20 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Remove outer packaging and place glaze sachet to one side. Decant entire contents of pouch onto a baking tray, discarding the cooking pads (Solid fat can be removed to be used on your roast potatoes). Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 60 mins. Remove from oven and discard all the cooking juices. Evenly drizzle contents of the sachet over the entire duck and return to the oven for: 5 minutes Carefully move the duck to a board using a large spatula. To serve on the bone: using a large sharp knife, cut down the centre through the bone creating two halves. These can then be cut in half again to be served. To serve off the bone: using a sharp knife and fork, slice and pull the duck away from the bone to serve a combination of breast and leg in each portion. To serve, ensure glaze and cherries are evenly shared. Drizzle with any remaining cooking juices and glaze. Enjoy!
