INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Icing Sugar, Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Edible Wafer Decoration [Potato Starch, Glucose Syrup, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Colour (Vegetable Carbon), Sugar], Flavourings, Colours (Paprika Extract, Curcumin).

Preparation and Usage
You will need:
1 medium egg, 35-45ml water, 25g unsalted butter
Method: Oven
Brownie:
1.Preheat oven to 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4.
2.Line a round 18cm (7") cake tin.
3.Empty the brownie mix sachet into a large bowl and add the egg, 25ml water and butter and mix with an electric whisk for 1-2 minutes until combined.
4.Pour the mix into the tin and bake in the centre of the oven for 18-22 minutes until cooked but the centre is still slightly soft.
5.Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Icing:
1.Empty each of the icing mix sachets into two separate bowls and add 1-2tsp (5-10ml) cold water per icing.
2.Decorate in the style of a penguin as per front of pack and add the wafer eyes to bring to life.
