Preparation and Usage

Ready MixMTR Tip - Serve hot with potato saagu, sambar, green coconut chutneyCooking Directions 3 easy step recipe1 Step1+1 Sur curdMix 1 measure (500 g) of MTR masala idli mix with 1 measure (approximately 750 g) of sour curd and keep aside for 1 minute.2 StepAdd 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves to the batter.Optional - Add 2 tbsp each of cut and parboiled carrots, cabbage, beans2 StepSteam the batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 minutes on medium to high flame. Serve hot or use a microwave oven and steam the idlis for 3 minutes in a microwave safe vessel.- Use a dry spoon.
