When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 11 hours in the fridge. This product has been previously frozen and restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Remove outer packaging and place sachet to one side. Decant entire contents of the pouch into the foil tray provided. Remove solid fat and discard or use for great roast potatoes. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 1 hr 15 mins When cooked drain the excess juices from the foil tray into a saucepan. Cover joint with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Add contents of the jus sachet into saucepan with the juices from the joint and bring to the boil over a medium to high heat whilst stirring. Boil and reduce for 5-10 mins until desired gravy consistency is achieved.
