Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5Time: 2 hour 10 minutesCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS Oven cook from chilled only. Remove outer bag. OVEN 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. 2hr 10mins. Pre-heat oven. Place turkey on a baking tray and cover with kitchen foil. Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven for 2 hours 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove occasionally from the oven and baste the turkey with the juices at the bottom of the tray. Remove kitchen foil for last 15 minutes of cooking. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the turkey joint is pierced with a thin skewer. If juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and re-test. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 30 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
