INGREDIENTS: Icing Sugar, Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Sugar, Red Coloured Edible Sugar Decorations [Sugar, Water, Maize Starch, Fruit, Vegetable and Plant Concentrates (Radish, Carrot, Lemon, Blackcurrant, Hibiscus), Coconut Oil, Tapioca Starch, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax)], Cornflour, Salt.

Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 15 minutes

You will need:
75g softened unsalted butter, 10ml cold water, baking tray, baking parchment
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 4.
2. Empty the shortbread mix into a large mixing bowl, add the unsalted softened butter and mix until it comes together as a dough.
3. Roll out the dough to around 6mm thickness and using the Candy cane stencil as a guide, (inside side of the carton stencil facing downwards onto the dough) carefully cut out 8 cookies. Alternatively, draw round the stencil on baking paper and use this as the stencil.
4. Place your biscuits onto a lined baking tray and put in the centre of the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
5. Whilst your biscuits are in the oven, tip the icing mix into a bowl and add 10ml of cold water and mix until smooth.
6. Take the cookies out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes before putting on a wire rack.
7. Wait until they're completely cooled and then flood all the biscuits with the icing and decorate with the red sprinkles to create a candy cane design as per the image on the front of the pack.
Cut around the shape. Place non printed side of the shape face down on the dough. Cut out the biscuits and follow the baking instructions'
