Air Fry

Instructions: 150°C, 1 hourFor a medium cook, pre-heat air fryer for 3 minutes 30 seconds. Remove all packaging.Place Beef in air fryer basket and place in air fryer. Cook for 1 hour". Remove from the air fryer and cover with foil. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only.Wash hands, utensils and all surfaces thoroughly after handling raw meat and all packaging.

Instructions: 24 hoursRemove from the freezer and place in the fridge for 24 hours.Once defrosted, use immediately. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 1 hour 40 minsPre-heat oven. Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided.Cover the tray loosely with foil. For a medium cook, place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven, cook for 50 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 50 minutes.Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 1 hour 10 minsPre-heat oven. Remove Beef from the bag and place into the foil tray provided.Cover the tray loosely with foil. Place on a baking tray into the middle of the oven. For a medium cook, cook for 35 minutes. Remove foll covering and cook for a further35 minutes*. Leave to stand for 15 minutes before carving.*For a well done cook, cook for a further 5-10 minutes.

Film. Do Not Recycle Sleeve. Recycle
