INGREDIENTS: Belgian Dark Chocolate Chips (42%) [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Dextrose, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins)], Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Salted Caramel Sauce (12%) [Double Cream (Milk), Brown Sugar, Water, Sugar, Cornflour, Cornish Sea Salt], Palm Oil, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Salt.

Preparation and Usage

Cooking time: 25-30mins

Method: Oven

You Will Need:
120ml Double Cream
40g Softened Unsalted Butter
30ml Cold Water
8" loose bottomed tart tin</p><p>baking parchment</p><p>baking beans or dried beans</p><p> </p><ol><li>Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 5. <br>2 .Empty the contents of the pastry sachet into a bowl and add 30ml cold water. Mix to form a smooth dough then wrap in cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.<br>3. Roll out the pastry to fit the 8" tart tin, with a fork prick the base of the pastry and cover with baking parchment and baking beans or any dried beans.
4. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 20 mins, carefully remove the paper and beans and cook for a further 5-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
5. Remove from oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. Trim off excess pastry with a serrated knife.
6. In a small pan gently heat the cream to nearly boiling and then add the chocolate and butter, mix thoroughly until smooth.
7. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then pour into the pastry case. Place in the refrigerator until set.
8. Place the sauce sachet into a jug of boiling water and leave for 3 minutes. Remove sachet from the water, snip the corner and drizzle over the tart as desired.
