Preparation and Usage
Serves 4
Roast Vegetables.
Cooking time: 30-40 mins
Method: Oven
Ingredients: Tesco Roast Vegetable seasoning; 500g Parsnips or Carrots, 5 tbsp (75 ml) vegetable oil.
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
2. Heat 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil in a roasting tray.
3. Peel and cut vegetables into chunky chip sized wedges and simmer in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to slightly soften.
4. Remove from the heat and drain the water.
5. Coat the vegetables in 3 tbsp (45 ml) oil, sprinkle over all the seasoning and coat well.
6. Add the coated vegetables to the heated roasting tray and roast for 30-40 minutes until golden brown, turning part way through.
