Preparation and Usage
Per pack of seasoning (40g) we recommend using 500g parnips or carrots serving 4-6 people.
Roast Vegetables.
Cooking time: 30-40 mins
Method: Oven
Ingredients: Tesco Roast Vegetable seasoning; 500g Parsnips or Carrots
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C /Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
2. Heat 2tbsp vegetable oil in a roasting tray.
3. Peel and cut vegetables into chunky chip sized wedges and simmer in boiling water for 3-4 minutes to slightly soften.
4. Remove from the heat and drain the water.
5. Coat the vegetables in 3tbsp oil, sprinkle over all the seasoning and coat well.
6. Add the coated parsnips to the heated roasting tray and roast for 30-40 minutes until golden brown, turning part way through.
