Oven

Instructions: OVEN & PAN FRY 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 20-25 mins Remove from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Brush each side with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pan fry on a high heat for 1 min 30 secs on each side. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 17-22 mins. Turn occasionally. Allow to rest for 7 minutes before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Other

Instructions: Air Fry 200°C Chilled 14-17 mins.Based on air fryer minimum 3.8 litre capacity.Pre-heat air fryer.Brush each steak with oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.Place the steaks in a single layer in the air fryer.Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.Allow to rest for 7 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
