Preparation and Usage

Serving SuggestionServe with Tesco Finest buttery mash and Tenderstem® broccoli.

Oven

Instructions: 210°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7 30 mins Place the wellingtons on a pre-heated tray lined with the greaseproof provided. Pierce holes in the pastry using a fork several times. To ensure a golden finish, brush the pastry with beaten egg or milk. Place the baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.

Microwave

Instructions: To heat the sauce:Empty the contents of the sauce sachet into a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for Chilled: 800W 50 secs/ 900W 40 secs. Stir, then microwave for Chilled: 800W 40 secs/ 900W 35 secs. Stir sauce and pour over the chicken wellingtons to serve.
