Description

Skinless and boneless smoked haddock (Melanogrammus aeglefinus) loins.Working with selected fishermen, our haddock is responsibly caught in the wild, from the seas of the North East Atlantic. Skilfully filleted from the prime part of the fillet with a firm and flaky texture. Cured to lock in succulence, then gently kiln smoked over oak and pine for full flavour and subtle sweetness. Preparation and Usage

Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results oven cook. Remove all packaging.CautionDo not overfill the air fryer.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7, 15 Mins. Pre-heat oven. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking tray. Lay the haddock loins in the middle of the paper, add a knob of unsalted butter (10g), season with pepper and scrunch the four corners of the paper to form a parcel. Cook in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.CautionTake care when opening the parcel as steam may escape.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C, 12 Mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place the haddock loins into the air fryer in a single layer. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
