Oven

Instructions: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 1 hr 45 mins. Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Place sachets to one side. Place the meat on a baking tray and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove foil and pour the sachet of spiced maple glaze evenly over the meat and return to the oven for 15 minutes. Heat the sachet of apple and vanilla purée in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, then pour onto the plate to serve.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
