Preparation and Usage

Dosage:For adults aged 18 years and above, including pregnant and breastfeeding women (see below), the dose is 1-3 sachets per day: Dissolve one sachet in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water, 1-3 times per day.This should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, according to the severity of your constipation.Reconstituted solution: Store covered in a refrigerator (2°C -8°C) for up to 6 hours.
