INGREDIENTS: Belgian Dark Chocolate Chunks (33%) [Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Flavouring], Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Flavouring, Clementine Juice Powder, Salt.

Preparation and Usage
You Will Need:
50g softened unsalted butter; 30ml (2 tbsp) cold water.
Method - Oven
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas Mark 4.
2. Line a flat baking tray with greaseproof paper.
3. Empty the cookie sachet into a bowl along with half the sachet of chocolate chunks, add the butter and water.
4. Mix together to form a dough.
5. Divide the cookie dough into 8 balls.
6. Evenly space the balls on the baking tray and gently press each ball down slightly.
7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 18 mins.
8. Remove from the oven & allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
9. Add the remaining chunks to a small bowl over a pan of hot water and allow to melt.
Tip: Use a fork to drizzle fine lines over each cookie and allow to set.
