Cooking Instructions

Check food is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre-heat oven. Brush chicken with oil and season. Place in a pre-heated frying pan and seal over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway.Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes.190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 35-40 min
