INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Maltodextrin, Salt, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Flavour Enhancer (Citric Acid), Clove, Ginger, Dried Orange Peel, Rapeseed Oil, Nutmeg, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).

Preparation and Usage
Cooked Red Cabbage.
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Method: Hob
Ingredients: Red cabbage, thinly sliced; grated apple (optional); butter; Tesco Red Cabbage Seasoning; apple or orange juice; raisins (optional); water.
Method:
1. Add 375g of red cabbage and one grated apple (if using) to a deep saucepan with 10g butter and lightly sauté over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add Tesco red cabbage seasoning, 150ml fruit juice, 60g of raisins (if using) and 150ml of water and mix well.
3. Turn the heat down low and cover saucepan with a lid then cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Remove the lid and turn the heat up high, cook until the most of the liquid has reduced and turned to syrup for around 5 minutes. Once cooked, transfer to dish and serve.
Why not try swapping the apple or orange juice for Prosecco or red wine.
