INGREDIENTS: Water, Onion Purée, Green Chilli (10%), Lemongrass (10%), Rice Wine Vinegar, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Lime Juice from Concentrate, Dried Garlic, Coriander, Galangal, Thai Basil, Lime Leaf, Salt, Yeast Extract, White Pepper, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Capsicum Extract.

Preparation and Usage
Green Thai Prawn Curry.
Cooking Time: 19-26 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Serves: 4
Ingredients: 15ml (1 tbsp) of vegetable oil; 1 jar of Tesco Green Curry Paste 180g; 400ml (1 can) coconut milk; 300g of Prawns or 570g of stir fry vegetables.
Method:
1. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and heat.
2. Add the contents of the jar to the pan and fry for a 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the prawns or vegetables to the pan and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Ensure the prawns are thoroughly cooked and desired consistency is reached.
To Serve: Serve with cooked jasmine rice.
