Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.
Grill
Instructions: Pre heat grill to medium hot. Add rashers to a lined baking sheet with a wire rack and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 6-8 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Pre-heat a pan on a high heat. Add a little oil to a pan and add in the rashers. Cook for 5 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking.
