Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging and insert skewers into the centre of the kebabs.

Grill

Instructions: Medium / 14-16 Mins Preheat the grill. Wrap the ends of the skewers with foil before placing under the grill and cook, turning regularly.

Oven cook

Instructions: 190°C / 375°F/ Fan 170°C/Gas 5/18-20 Mins Preheat the oven. Wrap the ends of the skewers with foil before placing the kebabs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking.Barbecue - From Chilled: Grill or oven cook as suggested then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned, turning frequently to give a chargrilled effect. Always wait for flames to die down and the coals to turn white before cooking.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly, is piping hot and there is no pink meat visible.
