Preparation and Usage

Tip: When heating the pan, place one of the pieces into the pan. If it sizzles the pan is ready.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: PAN FRYPut a little oil in a heat based pan or wok and place over a high heat until hot. Fry pork for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
