Wash & CareRemove lumbar insert before washingHand wash cold (do not use fabric softener). Dry flat. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. Do not bleach. Do not ironHow to Apply1 With lumbar insert positioned at centre and back of support, position bottom of support at top of buttocks. Pull left flap towards body and secure main fastener around waist/back2 Using thumb loops, simultaneously pull compression straps towards stomach and fasten3 Check support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted
