Instructions: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 220°C/ Fan 200°C/ Gas 6 30 mins

Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

GriLL

Instructions: Place the fillets under a pre-heated grill. Grill the fillets until golden brown and fully cooked. Turn frequently. 10-15 mins
