Oven

Instructions: For best results oven cook. Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet to one side. 220°C/ Fan 200°C/Gas 7 30 mins Transfer the contents of the meat pouch onto a baking tray. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully separate the belly bites, arranging them fat side up. Return to the oven for a further 13 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, drain off any excess liquid. Open the sachet and drizzle the glaze over the belly bites. Return to the oven for the final 7 minutes.

Instructions: Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet to one side.AIR FRY 180°C 15 minsBased on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Remove the crisper plate.Pre-heat air fryer.Place contents of meat pouch in the air fryer.Cook for 5 minutes.Separate belly bites, spread evenly in a single layer fat side up.Cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally in the juices..Drain any excess juices. Open the sachet and drizzle the glaze over the belly bites.Cook for a further 2 minutes.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.
