Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging.CautionThis product contains raw meat. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they are clear. Tesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Oven cook

Instructions: Set sauce sachet to one side.200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas, 60 mins.Place the chicken in a roasting dish. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 55 minutes.Pour sauce over chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Barbecue

Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue, turning frequently until desired chargrill appearance is achieved.
