Slow cooked pork riblets marinated in a blend of spices with a sachet of soy glaze.

When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas 6 30 mins Remove all packaging and place sachet of glaze to one side. Empty the contents of the meat pouch onto a baking tray, separate the riblets and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, discard foil and drain off any excess liquid. Open the sachet and pour the glaze over the ribs coating evenly. Return to oven, uncovered, for the final 5 minutes.
