Fresh and fruity

Vinification Details

The grapes are picked at perfect maturity and allowed to soak with their skins to extract gentle aromas. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain fresh and fruity flavours. The resulting wine has rich tropical and citrus fruit, with a refreshing floral and herbaceous finish.

History

Julie Rouffignac and her husband, Gérald Lafont, are oenologists from the South of France. As well as running their family vineyard in Lirac, they work directly with other top domaines to unearth and blend the most beautiful wines of Provence and the Rhône Valley.

Regional Information

Côtes-du-Rhône Villages is a wine region in the Rhône Valley, in the southeast of France. Whilst this area is known for its quality red wines, white wines from this region are often overlooked but equally impressive. Crafted from grapes like Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Roussanne, offering aromatic profiles with notes of stone fruits, citrus, and floral accents.
