For use by see side of packKeep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in an airtight container and refrigerate, consume within 24hrs. Once cooked, do not reheat. Not suitable for home freezing.

Air Fry

Instructions: 200°C, 3 minsPre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Cook for 3 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook times based on 1700W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer's instructions.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6, 10 minsBake: Pre-heat oven. Line a tray with greaseproof paper and spread tofu over a single layer, bake for 10 minutes turning halfway through cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Medium heat 8 minsHeat 1tsp of oil in a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 8 mins, turning frequently.
