Instructions: For the best results oven cook. 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 14-16 mins Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Boil in the Bag

Instructions: Air Fry 180°C Chilled 12 mins Frozen 16 mins Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place chicken tenders in the air fryer in a single layer. Turn every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking.
