Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.

Oven

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/ Gas 5 20 mins. Cut through the flesh so drumstick fillets will lie flat on the baking tray. Place drumstick fillets on a baking tray and lightly brush with oil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan Fry Cut through the flesh so drumstick fillets will lie flat. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place chicken into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer. Fry for 14-15 minutes, turning frequently.

Caution: To avoid cross contamination, do not wash raw poultry and use separate chopping boards and utensils for raw poultry and ready to eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry..Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
