Keep refrigerated 0° - 5°C. Once opened, use within 2 days. Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Oven cook

Instructions: The following are a guideline only. Pre-heat fan oven to 180°C / gas oven mark 6.Remove outer film and place product on a baking tray.Cook for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 1 minute before removing from the tray. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat.
