Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging and allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Tip: To ensure your steak is more succulent always pre-heat your pan.

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: Pan Fry: High/Medium 4-10 MinsLightly brush each side of the steak with a little oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.Heat a heavy based pan over a high heat until smoking.Add steaks to the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minutes on each side.Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook for a further 2-4 minutes (rare), 4-6 minutes (medium) or 6-8 minutes (well done), turning once halfway through cooking time.Remove steak from the pan and allow to rest in a warm place for 3-5 minutes before serving.These instructions are given as guidelines only as steak thickness will vary slightly.
