Cooking Instructions

Instructions: All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Oven cook

Instructions: 22 mins: Preheat oven to 200°C., Fan: 180°C., Gas: Gas mark 6.Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven to cook.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 12 mins: Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Cook portions on medium heat, turning once half way.

Film. Don't Recycle Label - glued. Don't Recycle Tray. Recycle

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
