Cooking Instructions

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray.Medium heat, 5 minsHeat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Air Fry

Instructions: 180°C, 4 minsPreheat air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 4 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times based on a 1500W output air fryer.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, place in an airtight container and refrigerate, consume within 24hrs. Once cooked do not reheat.Suitable for freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
