Preparation and Usage

Serving suggestionThis peri peri-style rub seasoning has a delicious spicy 'bite'. The ideal spice for your chicken livers peri-peri, simply add a generous amount of seasoning at the same stage as your onions and livers, to be sautéed and deglaze with tomato paste, brandy and cream - voila. For grilling, this seasoning is best for shellfish such as prawns and crayfish and even chicken pieces, it will crisp the skin nicely. It makes the ideal creamy mussel sauce, if sautéed with onions, deglazed with white wine and cream and simmered for 10 minutes before drizzling over freshly steamed mussels.

Store in a cool dry place.

Avoid using over steaming pots and always replace cap after use.
