Instructions: Can be eaten hot or cold.Break tab on rim of lid by twisting end of spoon behind tab.Chilled: 800W 2 mins / 900W 1 mins 45 secsRemove lid, place loosely back on pot. Place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power. Stir half way through heating. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating.Allow pot to stand until it regains it rigidity.Caution: Take care as product will be hot. Allow pot to stand until it regains its rigidity.Important: Not suitable from heating from frozen. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
