Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée.A small parcel sourced in the iconic Rhone region From respected winemaker Julie Rouffignac White Chateauneuf is still only produced in very limited quantities and is made with local grape varieties that deliver exceptional wines full of favour and freshness. This rich, rounded wine is unoaked, revealing complex floral notes and flavours of peach, apricots, ripe citrus fruits with hints of acacia and almonds and a refreshing long saline finish. Sole with beurre blanc, scallops, roast chicken with mushrooms, Munster cheese.
