Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 800w, 8 mins1. Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid several times.2. Place directly into the microwave and heat on full power for 6 minutes3. Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover.4. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes.5. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

Oven cook
Instructions: Fan 180° / Gas mark 6, 45 mins1. Preheat oven to Fan 180°C / Gas 62. Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid several times.3. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. cook for 30 minutes.4. Peel back film lid, stir, re-cover.Cook for a further 15 minutes.5. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
