Preparation and Usage
How to PrepareIngredients Required- 1 sachet chicken coating- 1 sachet BBQ sauce- 4 boneless chicken thighs (approx. 650g)- 1 x 280ml carton of buttermilk- 4 brioche buns- 1 baby gem lettuce, thickly sliced- 6-8 tbsp vegetable oilPreparation1 Lightly flatten the chicken to approx. 3cm & then mix with the buttermilk, cover & rest for 30 mins.2 Remove the chicken from the buttermilk & tap off any excess drips then coat each piece in the coating.3 In a large frying pan heat the oil, add the chicken & cook gently for 12 mins turning every 3 mins.4 Once cooked, remove & drain to remove excess oil then serve in brioche buns with baby gem & the ginger beer BBQ sauce.Serving Suggestion:Serve with fries or your choice of sides.Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
