Microwave
Instructions: Remove sleeve. Peel back film lid over the wraps and sachet and remove them. Pierce film lid over the chicken and vegetables. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds [900W] / 4 minutes [800W]. Add the wraps back, re-cover and heat on full power for a further 30 seconds [900W/800W]. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Serve with the spiced tomato salsa.
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Stir Fry
Instructions: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the onions and peppers and sizzle for a further 3 minutes.Heat the tortillas: Place the wraps on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 20 seconds [900W/800W].
