Remove straight from the fridge.
Loosen the cheesecake from the sides of the pot by gently rotating in your hands for 10 seconds.
Gently push the cheesecake out of the pot through the hole in the bottom.
Keeping the cheesecake and pot straight, slide off the board onto a serving plate.
Portion into 6 slices.
