Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 30 mins. Remove all packaging and set aside glaze sachet for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch onto a baking tray, gently separating the beef. Place the tray in centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 24 minutes. Remove from oven, baste with cooking juices then carefully drain away any excess juices. Pour the contents of glaze sachet over the beef and mix well. Return to the oven and cook for a further 6 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
