Preparation and Usage

Descaling 
Gently hold the fillet and rub the back of a knife along the skin. Run the fillet under slow running cold water to remove excess scales. Using kitchen paper, gently pat the fillet dry and set aside.

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 20-22 mins Pre-heat 1 tsp. (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Pan fry the fillets, skin side down, for 2 minutes. Transfer the fillets skin side up on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for a further 18-20 minutes.

Instructions: AIR FRY 180°C Chilled: 12 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place 2 fillets, skin side down, in the air fryer in a single layer.Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
